1. Overview

BasementHost (hereinafter referred to as "the Host") provides Minecraft and other game server rental services, allowing users (hereinafter referred to as "you") to rent server space for running games. By using the Host's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms of Service.

2. Account Registration and Use

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Host's services.
• You must provide true, accurate, and complete registration information and update it promptly.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and must not transfer or share them.
• You must not use the Host's services for any illegal, infringing, or non-compliant activities.
• Without the Host's explicit written permission, you must not engage in any behavior that may interfere with the normal operation of the Host's servers, including but not limited to DDoS attacks, penetration, and cracking.

3. Server Rental and Use

• The server resources you rent are limited to running game servers and must not be used for other purposes.
• You must not run any malware, viruses, or illegal programs on the server.
• You must not perform any operations that may negatively impact server performance or stability, including but not limited to deliberately over-occupying disk space and backup space. If your behavior is deemed by the Host to violate these terms or cause losses to the Host, the Host has the right to take the following measures, including but not limited to suspending services, immediately terminating services, banning or freezing accounts, and reserving the right to pursue legal liability.
• The Host has the right to monitor and manage server resources to ensure service quality and security.
• The Host only provides server rental services and does not provide any game-related technical support. You can join the Host's discussion group for community assistance, but community members are under no obligation to provide assistance, and the Host is not responsible for the statements of non-administrators within the community.

4. Payment and Refunds

• You must pay the server rental fees according to the prices and methods specified by the Host.
• The Host supports PayPal and Stripe payments.
• The Host has the right to adjust service prices but will notify you seven days in advance.
• To protect your rights, the Host provides the following refund policy:
• If service interruption or unavailability exceeds 24 hours due to the Host's reasons, the Host will provide refunds or compensation on a monthly basis. The compensation standard is: one day of service duration for each hour of service interruption; less than one hour is calculated as one hour.
• No refunds will be given for service interruptions or unavailability caused by your own reasons.
• The Host's Minecraft server-related services provide a 1-day no-reason refund service, which each user can enjoy only once.
• If any service or assistance is provided by our staff during the 1 day no reason refund period, a 10% service fee of the order price will be charged.
• The Host supports refunds based on the remaining service time (excluding compensation due to service interruptions, etc.). The refund amount is 80% of the original price of the remaining service time, minus a $1 service fee.
• The Host only provides refund services to the account holder.
• Purchasing the Host's services indicates that you have fully understood and agreed to these Terms of Service. The Host does not accept refund requests based on "minor" or "mentally unsound" reasons.
• Refunds are only supported by vouchers within the host's website.

5. Service Changes and Termination

• The Host has the right to modify, change, or terminate services at any time but will notify you in advance.
• If you violate these Terms of Service, the Host has the right to terminate your service immediately.

6. Disclaimer

• The Host is not responsible for losses caused by your reasons or third-party reasons.
• The Host is not responsible for service interruptions or terminations caused by force majeure factors (such as natural disasters, wars, network failures, etc.).
• The Host is not responsible for problems or vulnerabilities in the game itself.

7. Terms of Service Modification

• The Host has the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time but will notify you in advance.
• You should regularly check these Terms of Service to understand the latest content.
• If you do not agree to the modified Terms of Service, you can choose to terminate the service, and a partial refund for the unexpired service can be negotiated with the Host.
